Premium Subscription Terms & Conditions

Welcome to LovelyKey Premium! This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") governs your subscription to LovelyKey Premium features via auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Important: Auto-Renewal Subscription Terms

📱 Subscription Services:

  • Weekly Plan: $6.99 per week (billed every 7 days)
  • Monthly Plan: $19.99 per month (billed every 30 days)
  • *Prices may vary by region and local currency

💳 Payment & Auto-Renewal:

  • Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase
  • Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • No free trial - you will be charged immediately upon subscription

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions
  3. Select LovelyKey
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription
  5. ⚠️ Must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges

⚠️ Important Notice: Subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the active subscription period. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Auto-Renewal & Billing

How Auto-Renewal Works:

  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel
  • Renewal Timing: You'll be charged within 24 hours before the current period ends
  • Payment Method: Charges are made through your Apple ID or Google Play account
  • Price Changes: If prices change, you'll be notified at least 30 days in advance
  • Failed Payment: If payment fails, your subscription may be suspended until payment is successful

Renewal Reminder: You'll receive a notification before your subscription renews, giving you time to cancel if desired.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:

For iOS Users:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select "LovelyKey"
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android Users:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap Menu → Subscriptions
  3. Select "LovelyKey"
  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You'll continue to have access to Premium features until the period ends
  • No partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period
  • You can re-subscribe at any time

Refund Policy

All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund policies are subject to their respective terms:

  • Apple: Request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Google: Refunds may be available within 48 hours of purchase through Google Play support
  • Refunds are generally not available after 48 hours unless required by law
  • Contact us at loving@lovelykey.app if you have issues

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. When you subscribe to LovelyKey Premium:

  • We collect minimal subscription information necessary to provide the service
  • Payment information is handled securely by Apple/Google - we never see your credit card details
  • Your subscription status is stored to manage access to Premium features
  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties
  • All data is encrypted and stored securely

6. Service Changes & Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, add, or remove Premium features with reasonable notice
  • Change subscription prices (you'll be notified at least 30 days in advance)
  • Update the terms of this Agreement (material changes require your consent)
  • Discontinue the service with 90 days notice and pro-rated refunds

We'll notify you of significant changes through:

  • In-app notifications
  • Email to your registered address
  • Updates to this page with a new "Last Updated" date

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Premium membership if:

  • You violate our Terms of Use
  • You engage in fraudulent activity or payment disputes
  • You abuse the service or attempt to exploit features
  • You share your account with others (subscriptions are personal and non-transferable)
  • Required by law or legal process

Note: If your membership is terminated for violation of terms, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

8. Apple & Google Terms

This subscription is processed through and subject to:

Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and have the right to enforce these terms.

9. International Subscriptions

LovelyKey Premium is available in multiple countries and regions:

  • Prices are displayed in your local currency
  • Pricing may vary by country due to currency exchange rates and local taxes
  • Some features may vary by region due to legal or technical requirements
  • Subscriptions purchased in one country cannot be transferred to another

10. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation between you and LovelyKey
  2. If unresolved, binding arbitration in San Francisco, California under AAA rules
  3. Consumers in certain jurisdictions (EU, UK, etc.) retain mandatory local legal rights
