This agreement governs your auto-renewable subscription to LovelyKey Premium. By subscribing, you consent to automatic recurring charges unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

1. Subscription Services

LovelyKey offers the following auto-renewable subscription services:

📱 Input Method Privilege Package (Weekly)

Price: $6.99 USD per week
Billing Cycle: Every 7 days
Renewal: Automatically renews every week unless cancelled

📱 Input Method Privilege Package (Monthly)

Price: $19.99 USD per month
Billing Cycle: Every 30 days
Renewal: Automatically renews every month unless cancelled

Note: Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region, local currency, and applicable taxes. The exact price in your local currency will be shown before you confirm your purchase in the App Store.

2. Payment Method

After you confirm your purchase and complete payment:

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account (for iOS users) or Google Play Account (for Android users)
The charge will appear on your Apple ID or Google account statement
Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment
No free trial period - you will be charged immediately

3. Automatic Renewal Mechanism

⚡ How Auto-Renewal Works:

24 Hours Before Expiration: Apple iTunes or Google Play will automatically charge your account for the next subscription period
Upon Successful Payment: Your subscription period will be extended by one billing cycle (7 days for weekly, 30 days for monthly)
Continuous Access: As long as auto-renewal is active, you will have uninterrupted access to Premium features
No Action Required: Renewal happens automatically - you don't need to manually repurchase

⚠️ Critical: If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for charges made within the 24-hour window before expiration.

4. How to Cancel Auto-Renewal

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period.

For iOS / iPhone / iPad Users:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top of the screen
Tap Subscriptions
Find and select LovelyKey
Tap Cancel Subscription
Confirm cancellation

Alternative: You can also manage subscriptions through the App Store app → Your Profile → Subscriptions

For Android / Google Play Users:

Open the Google Play Store app
Tap the Menu icon (three lines) → Subscriptions
Find and select LovelyKey
Tap Cancel Subscription
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm

📅 Important Cancellation Notes:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You will continue to have access to Premium features until the period ends
If you cancel within 24 hours before renewal, you may still be charged for the next period
No partial refunds are available for unused time in your current period
You can re-subscribe at any time after cancellation

5. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund policies are subject to their respective terms and conditions:

🍎 Apple App Store Refunds:

Refund requests must be submitted through Apple
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
Sign in with your Apple ID and select the purchase
Refunds are subject to Apple's discretion and policies

📱 Google Play Refunds:

Refunds may be available within 48 hours of purchase
Contact Google Play support through the Play Store app
Refunds are subject to Google's policies

Important: LovelyKey does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds. All refund requests must go through Apple or Google. If you need assistance, please contact us at julovings@gmail.com and we will help guide you through the process.

6. Service Termination

LovelyKey reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if:

You violate our Terms of Use or this Agreement
You engage in fraudulent activity or payment disputes
You abuse the service or attempt to exploit features
Required by law or legal process

In case of termination for violation of terms, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

7. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may update subscription prices or modify service features. In such cases:

You will be notified at least 30 days before any price changes take effect
Price changes only affect new billing cycles after notification
You can cancel your subscription if you don't agree with the changes
Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of new terms

By subscribing to LovelyKey Premium, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Auto-Renewal Service Agreement. You understand that your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you consent to recurring charges to your iTunes or Google Play account.
