What is LovelyKey?

How do I install and set up LovelyKey?
Follow these steps to get started:
- Download LovelyKey from the App Store
- Open the app and create an account
- Go to Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard
- Select "LovelyKey" from the list
- Enable "Allow Full Access" for AI features to work
- Start using LovelyKey in any app by switching keyboards

Is LovelyKey available for Android?
Currently, LovelyKey is available for iOS devices. We're working hard on an Android version and will announce it as soon as it's ready. Stay tuned by following us on Twitter/X or joining our Discord community.

How does the AI reply suggestion work?
LovelyKey analyzes the context of your conversation and generates personalized reply suggestions:
- Copy the message you want to reply to
- Open LovelyKey keyboard in any messaging app
- Tap the AI button to generate replies
- Choose from multiple reply options with different tones (friendly, flirty, professional, etc.)
- Tap to insert the reply into your message

Can I customize the AI's tone and style?
Yes! LovelyKey offers multiple conversation tones including Friendly, Flirty, Professional, Casual, and Confident. You can select your preferred tone before generating replies, and the AI will adapt its suggestions accordingly. Premium users also get access to advanced customization options to fine-tune the AI's personality.
Does LovelyKey work in all apps?
Yes! LovelyKey works in any app that supports third-party keyboards, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Tinder, Bumble, Messages, Telegram, and more. Simply switch to the LovelyKey keyboard when typing in any app.
What languages does LovelyKey support?
Currently, LovelyKey primarily supports English. We're actively working on adding support for more languages including Spanish, French, German, Japanese, and Chinese. Multi-language support will be rolled out in upcoming updates.

Is my data safe with LovelyKey?
Your privacy is our top priority. Here's how we protect your data:
- We never store your keyboard inputs or AI-generated replies permanently
- Sensitive information like passwords and credit card numbers are never collected
- All data transmission is encrypted with industry-standard protocols
- We don't sell your personal information to third parties

Why does LovelyKey need 'Full Access'?
"Full Access" is required for LovelyKey to connect to AI services and provide reply suggestions. This is a standard iOS requirement for keyboards that need internet connectivity. Rest assured, we only use this permission for AI processing and never access your passwords, payment information, or sensitive data. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
Can I use LovelyKey offline?
Basic keyboard functionality works offline, but AI-powered features require an internet connection to process your requests and generate reply suggestions. Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data for the full LovelyKey experience.

Is LovelyKey free to use?
LovelyKey offers a free trial with limited AI reply generations (typically 3 free replies) so you can experience the full features. After the trial, you can subscribe to a paid plan for unlimited access to all features including AI replies, custom tones, and advanced personalization.
What subscription plans are available?
LovelyKey offers flexible subscription options to fit your needs:
- Weekly Plan: Perfect for trying out premium features
- Monthly Plan: Great for regular users
- Annual Plan: Best value with significant savings
All plans include unlimited AI replies, access to all conversation tones, and priority support. Check the app for current pricing in your region.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select LovelyKey
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You can also manage subscriptions through the App Store app.
Can I get a refund?
Refund policies are determined by Apple's App Store guidelines. Generally, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may be eligible for a refund in certain circumstances. To request a refund, contact Apple Support directly or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For any issues with your subscription, feel free to contact us at loving@lovelykey.app.
🔧 Troubleshooting
The keyboard isn't showing up. What should I do?
If LovelyKey isn't appearing in your keyboard list, try these steps:
- Go to Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards
- Make sure LovelyKey is added to your list of keyboards
- If it's already added, try removing it and adding it again
- Restart your iPhone
- Make sure you've enabled "Allow Full Access" for LovelyKey

AI suggestions aren't working. How can I fix this?
If AI features aren't working, check the following:
- Make sure you have an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data)
- Verify that "Allow Full Access" is enabled in keyboard settings
- Check if you have remaining AI reply credits (free users)
- Make sure you've copied text to generate a reply from
- Try closing and reopening the app where you're using the keyboard
- Update to the latest version of LovelyKey
The app is crashing or slow. What should I do?
For performance issues, try these solutions:
- Make sure you're running the latest version of LovelyKey
- Update your iOS to the latest version
- Close other apps running in the background
- Restart your iPhone
- Delete and reinstall the LovelyKey app (your account will be preserved)

I lost my purchase/subscription. How do I restore it?
To restore your purchase:
- Open the LovelyKey app
- Go to Settings or Account
- Tap "Restore Purchases"
- Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase
Your subscription should be restored automatically. If you still have issues, contact us at loving@lovelykey.app.
